The Starfish work package process operates as follows:

– Step One (Scope): Meet with the customer to understand the requirement and scope the work.

– Step Two (Statement of Work): Create and agree a SoW (Statement of Work) including a description of the approach, the deliverables, timescales for completion and costs.

– Step Three Delivery): Deliver against the SoW.

-Step Four (Closure): Review project and deliverables to close the project.
