In our first year of operation Starfish have delivered the following outcome focused project
SD-WAN Deployment (Building Services):
SD-WAN Deployment (Building Services): On behalf of our partner, Starfish led the design and deployment of a new SD-WAN for a building services company. This involved a parallel build and migration to the new environment, along with traditional IPSec for legacy sites.
Data Centre Migration (Large Local Authority):
Data Centre Migration (Large Local Authority): Via our partner, Starfish assisted a large UK Local Authority with migration from their existing data centre to a new co-location facility and cloud environment. This involved the design and build of a multi-site network fabric, as well as a complex migration of services from the legacy to the new data centre.
Security Remediation (UK Service Provider):
Security Remediation (UK Service Provider): Following a security vulnerability report, Starfish were engaged and completed remediation of the vulnerability report findings.
Core Network Migration (Local Authority):
Core Network Migration (Local Authority): Via a reseller partner, Starfish completed the migration of a legacy core network switches to new a set of Core switches.
Network Transformation (European Retailer):
Network Transformation (European Retailer): Working as part of a £100m+ programme to refresh LAN and WAN at 4000 sites, Starfish provided architecture consultancy. This involved the creation of a High-Level Design and a technology vision, as well as significant input in the procurement process to select the hardware vendor and service provider.
